What Prismatory is
Prismatory creates comparative, time-specific observations from model-generated responses. It is not a search engine, fact database, monitoring guarantee, or source of legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or change over time. You are responsible for independently checking information before relying on it.
Public observations
A subject submitted for a new observation, the generated observation, and its non-personal methodology or provenance may be preserved and made publicly accessible. Your account email is not displayed with the observation.
Do not submit confidential, private, sensitive, or personal information, or any material you do not have the right to process and make public.
Accounts and access
Access uses a passwordless code sent to your email. You are responsible for controlling access to that mailbox and for activity under your session. You must provide an address you are entitled to use.
Prismatory may suspend a session or account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, respond to fraud or payment reversal, or comply with law.
Included use and subscriptions
- Each verified account currently receives five included beta observations.
- Additional observations are available through monthly subscription plans. The stated allowance resets at each paid billing period and unused observations do not roll over.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access to the current paid allowance continues until the end of that billing period.
- One observation is reserved when a new measurement starts and consumed only after successful completion. A failed, rejected, or incomplete measurement releases that reservation.
- Provider availability, capacity, security controls, and global spending limits may delay or refuse new work even when an observation is available.
Plan details and prices shown at checkout control the purchase. Taxes may be added where applicable. Subscription management and cancellation are provided through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal.
Acceptable use
Prismatory does not restrict a subject merely because it is controversial, political, critical, or unpopular. You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; submit material you are not entitled to process; interfere with the service; probe or bypass access, rate, credit, or security controls; automate abusive volumes; or misrepresent Prismatory output as verified fact.
Third-party services
Measurements depend on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their own terms and availability may also apply, and Prismatory cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to their services.
Beta availability and liability
The beta is provided on an “as available” basis and may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, Prismatory disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta or reliance on its outputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If these terms conflict with mandatory law, that law prevails.
