Failed measurements
An observation is reserved while a new measurement runs. If the measurement is rejected, fails, or remains incomplete, that reservation is automatically released. The failed attempt does not reduce the allowance.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid allowance remains available until the end of the billing period.
You may request a refund for the unused portion of a subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. Any mandatory consumer right that gives you a more favorable remedy still applies.
Completed observations are generally not refundable because the measurement service has been delivered. Prismatory will nevertheless review duplicate charges, serious technical defects, and any request required by applicable law.
What happens to the allowance
A full or partial refund removes the corresponding share of the current period allowance, rounded conservatively to whole observations. Replayed or older refund notices cannot restore allowance.
If refunded observations were already used, the available balance does not go below zero in the interface. Original payment, use, and adjustment records remain in the audit ledger.
Monthly allowance does not roll over into a later billing period.
The five included free beta observations have no cash value and are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the purchase address and include the Lemon Squeezy order number and a short explanation. Never send a full card number or security code.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes the payment and refund. The time for funds to appear depends on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method, and the issuing bank.
Chargebacks and statutory rights
Please contact Prismatory first so the issue can be investigated promptly. Lemon Squeezy administers payment disputes and chargebacks. Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
